Oil on Canvas, 30 x 40cm (unframed), dress & wig.
This portrait of Diana Ross was originally created as part of the installation Stage Struck at New Gallery Walsall in 2008. It was more recently shown at The South Bank Centre, London, as part of The Festival of Love in an installation called The I Think I Love You Lounge, 2014. It was originally shown with a costume for ‘Diana Ross’ (dress and wig) that the audience was invited to wear and and perform with. The image shows one of the installation views of the work at The South Bank Centre. The work does not come with the metal clothes stand. Some of the other works from this installation are available upon request.
